ISWI Newsletter - Vol.6 No.030
11 March 2014

Dear ISWI Participant:

Much of the ISWI community is aware of the ISWI summer schools that are actively conducted around the world -- reports of these schools are routinely circulated by this newsletter. However, slightly less known are the Teacher Workshops associated with many of these ISWI schools.

To correct that, please view the attached article, which showcases three teacher workshops. The article contains good photos.

The article starts off with these words:
The key to bringing developing nations into the developed world is education, and particularly education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. A good place to start is with teachers. High school science educator workshops have been held in association with the ISWI Undergraduate Summer Schools for several years ...

If you conduct a teacher workshop, please let me know.

Cordially yours,
George Maeda
Editor of ISWI Newsletter
