At present, solar researches and study of active late-type stars achieve a significant advance thanks new observational facilities and progress of the theory. The problems of an evolution of activity at the billion year-time-scales start to be discussed. Superflares were detected on stars younger than the Sun, and the frequency of superflares occurrence was evaluated. The first hypotheses were proposed for evaluation of flare activity level and expected stellar wind fluxes at the epoch when the regular cycle on the Sun was only established. Now it is a time to discuss further directions of perspective investigations which are essential for evaluation of space factor affecting on geo- and bio-sphere in those epochs and space weather forecast.
The aim of the meeting is to bring together scientists working in the areas of:
· Solar Activity and Space Plasma
· Cosmic Ray and their variations
· Space Weather influence on the Earth environment
· Geophysics and Atmosphere Science as objects of Space Weather impacts.
Planned number of participants: 30-40.

1. Katsrin is picturesque small town (7,000 people) - capital of the Golan Height. Nearest tourist attraction to Katsrin include famous mount Hermon (1 hour way) - highest (2,200 m) mount in the Near East with Nimrod castle on its hillside, Kineret = Sea of Galilee: location of numerous holy lands of the Bible time (0.5 hour way), Tiberias (1 hour), Nazareth (1.5 hour), Akko (1.5 hour), Haifa (2 hour). Among other attractions in neighborhood of Katzrin are ruins of Gamla citadel (30 min) the first meet and stopped army of Tiberius, and ancient observatory (bronze time, analog and contemporary of the famous Stonehenge in England) Rugem Al Hiri (0.5 hour). For interested participants: pitons of walks to picturesque canyons with mountain rivers, lakes and waterfalls in the nearest neighborhood of Katsrin is open (2-3 hour include swimming in lakes - full voyage).

2. Tel Aviv is central metropolis of Israel located on the coast of Mediterranean Sea, economic, educational, cultural and to touristy center of Israel. Tel Aviv University, located in the northern neighborhood of Tel Aviv - Ramat Aviv - is leader in preparation of specialists in exact science and technology fields. Nearest attractions: art and history museums, the famous beach and promenade, Tel Aviv old port, Jaffa - remnants of port-citadel from Pharaoh times, few national and archeological parks in vicinity of Tel Aviv, and of course Jerusalem is 1–1.5 hours away - the holy town of three world religious,
