Report on the results from
the Department of solar-terrestrial physic (Observatory "Klyichi") of Trofimuk Institute of Petroleum Geology and Geophysics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences (IPGG SB RAS, Novosibirsk, Russia) on database:
"Ionosphere and Magnetic Data - Klyuchi" (IMD-K)
Continuous monitoring of the ionosphere has been carrying out in our Observatory since 1969. Continuous monitoring of variations components of the Magnetic field of Earth has been carrying out at our Observatory since 2005.
During this project, the database of these observations was constructed and put in the Internet. The title of the database is "Ionosphere and Magnetic Data - Klyichi" (IMD-K).
It contains the basic parameters of the ionosphere (fmin, foF2, foF1, foE, foEs, h'F2, h'F1, h'E, h'Es) with the one-hour temporal resolution, and the values of variations of North (X), East (Y), vertical (Z) component of the Magnetic field of Earth with the second temporal resolution. This database is updated once a day.
The database was placed on website http://im.ipgg.sbras.ru. Google translation from Russian into English, Chinese, French, Japanese and Korean is available on our website.

Report on the results from the IZMIRAN Team on database: Virtual Laboratory for the comprehensive analysis of Forbush-Effects and Interplanetary Disturbances (ViLaFEID)
The name of the database:
The creation of the basis for the virtual laboratory for a comprehensive analysis of Forbush-effects and interplanetary disturbances (ViLaFEID): I. Development of a database of cosmic ray variations and relevant parameters(VCR).
The purpose and of database description:
During this project a basis was created for virtual laboratory for a comprehensive analysis of Forbush-effects and interplanetary disturbances (ViLaFEID). In particular, database of the cosmic ray variations(VCR)was constructed and transferred in the open access. It contains the hourly values of the basic parameters of cosmic rays with rigidity 10GV, first of all, variations of CR density and components of the CR anisotropy vector over the Earth atmosphere and magnetosphere, obtained by the global survey method (GSM) based on the data of world neutron monitor network. It also includes data on the solar wind (speed, density, characteristics of IMF, etc.), and geomagnetic activity indices. It is important to note that the indicated parameters of cosmic rays are global characteristics and do not depend on individual detectors. The presented database contains information for more than 60 years and covers the period from July 1957 to December 2017. This database is the largest and most comprehensive source of data on cosmic ray variations.
During the period from January to October 2018 the IZMIRAN Team carried out the following work in the frame of International Study of Earth-Affecting Solar Transients (ISEST)/MiniMax24 (Creation of Database in the open Access):
Several times the updating of database on Forbush effects and interplanetary disturbances – FEID, created in the frame of the ISEST VarSITI project in 2017, was made. Now this database contains information about events up to the end of 2017 (about 7500 events).
The local database on the hourly values of CR variations (VCR) was created and transferred in the open access. This databases contain the following:
Coverage period: 1957-2017
Number of parameters for each hour: up to 37
Possibility of Sorting, Selections and Export data: using SQL queries
Permanent updating: yes
The presented database is the largest of all similar resources, and it is the main step in the Virtual Laboratory creation.
During the reporting period, a network version of the VCR database was created. This database has open access on the Internet.
$ mysql -h crsb.izmiran.ru -u user -p password: user mysql> use VarSITI;
For the most advanced programmers :
mysql>SELECT * FROM VCR mysql>SELECT Date, Hour, A0, Axy FROM VCR mysql>SELECT * FROM VCR WHERE Date BETWEEN «2000-01-01» AND «2016-01-01»
For example,
The implementation of this project was paid 1000$. Distribution of the financial expenses is presented below in the Financial report of the IZMIRAN Team on 2018.
