Please find "Lettre du GIRGEA, No. 47" (English version) attached.
When the last one came out (No. 46, April of this year in Vol. 3 No.40),
Cote d'Ivoire was a disaster area. Fortunately, it is now on
the road to recovery. Prof. Vafi, who lives there, recently
was a guest lecturer at MAGDAS School (Nigeria). He said
during this school that he thinks his country will bounce back.
With enough persons like him, I am sure it will.
The world has always belonged to the optimists.
Because the pessimists gave it away.
